Each year in the United States, over 1.3 million children are hospitalized due to various conditions, often leading them to experience isolation from peers during school activities and extracurriculars. By partnering with Project Sunshine at more than 480 medical centers across over 300 cities worldwide, the nonprofit delivers high-quality programs such as Here to Play, TelePlay, and Kits for Play to pediatric patients. This transformative journey scale Project Sunshine's offerings over the next few years, increasing its reach from serving 200,000 children and families annually to 500,000 by expanding hospital partnerships, broadening activity kit distribution, and boosting adoption of its innovative virtual TelePlay program.

Working closely with Silverline to customize the Salesforce platform, Project Sunshine is establishing a unified donor database that offers a single view for all donation activities. This streamlined system enables personalized campgns targeted at donors, allowing the organization to create more effective and tlored fundrsing strategies.

Volunteer Engagement Revolutionized:

To optimize volunteer interactions and support, Salesforce solutions will provide a comprehensive toolset equipped with features such as Zoom integration and customizable interfaces through a new volunteer portal powered by the platform. These enhancements facilitate smoother volunteer activities from atting events to donations and beyond.

Personalization Through Data Analytics:

Marketing Cloud is being leveraged to track various user preferences and behaviors across volunteers, patients, donors, and more. This unified approach enables Project Sunshine to deliver personalized experiences tlored to individual needs. By integrating SMS-based event registration and reminders, the organization can mntn high levels of engagement among its diverse community.
